The balcony in the beautiful triple room provides a decent sea view, although it's not as wide as expected. The size of the room accommodates three people comfortably, but that's about where the positives end.
The air conditioning directly hit the third bed. The restroom faced significant issues with a terrible smell, and the shower layout allowed water to flood the toilet area. The overpriced spa services were unprofessionally executed outdoors due to a lack of privacy. Meal options became monotonous after a few days, with lunch and dinner with the same dishes, not to mention the lukewarm food temperatures. Unclean pool area, highlighted by a dead rat found nearby, and constant clearing of tables left a sour taste during meal times. It seemed like there's a glaring need for better management to tackle these ongoing issues.

The a double room was airy, included central heating, an individual safe and multi-channel television. The breakfast was tasty and enjoyable with tasteless juice and better juice, for instance, you will not be disappointed. We were greeted by courteous, affable staff...

The panoramic sea view from my room was absolutely breathtaking! 🌊 While the breakfast lacked variety and the juices tasted artificial, the spacious and clean rooms were a real highlight during my stay.

great service but some room issues
The receptionist was very accommodating. The hotel has a lovely long area that is both pleasant and relaxing, with two pools catering to both kids and adults. Breakfast was delicious and varied, presenting a good start to each day. The sea view from the room was a refreshing sight.
The bathroom had a persistent unpleasant smell that detracted from our overall experience.
